The Firm was originally founded in 1975 by Stuart and Carol Nelkin and have practiced law under the firm name Nelkin & Nelkin, P.C.
Jay Nelkin, Stuart and Carol's son, is a member of Nelkin & Nelkin, P.C., and also works with other firms representing parties in national consumer, antitrust, and commercial class actions.
